The story behind our care
A hospital founded on a simple promise: put people first.
Careplace Hospital was founded by Dr. Abass Toriola (MBBS, UNILAG) with a vision to provide expert healthcare in an environment where patients are treated with compassion, empathy and respect.
From the beginning, the goal has been clear: combine sound medical practice with care that feels personal. We strive to follow current global standards while making it easier for individuals and families to receive the attention they need.
As the hospital has grown, our commitment has remained the same. Every patient deserves to be listened to, properly assessed and treated with dignity.
31 August 2021: Our doors opened
Careplace Hospital officially began operations, guided by a focus on professional, compassionate healthcare.
21 January 2026: A new chapter
We moved to our present permanent site, continuing our commitment to a comfortable and welcoming care experience.
